If you have tried different exercise programs in the past only to give up after a few weeks or months, don't despair! If you find it tough to get motivated to exercise alone at home and gyms don't appeal to you, we can help! Zumba class at our studio is the most fun way to get fit! With its party atmosphere and great music, you will be moving and shaking it up and the hour will fly by! Many of our clients have told us this is the one fitness program they have managed to stick with and actually look forward to!
You don't have to be a dance professional to take a Zumba class.
Zumba welcomes everyone, regardless of age, size, fitness level or ability! Here's the secret to getting in shape this year:
"JUST SHOW UP AND JUST MOVE!"
Fitness doesn't have to be complicated - just by coming to class consistently and giving it your best effort, you will start to see results in your energy level and waistline! We currently offer 14 classes a week, mornings and evenings - the most Zumba classes under one roof in Burlington, to fit your busy schedule! In addition to regular Zumba fitness, we also offer Zumba Toning (Zumba which uses light handheld weights or "toning sticks"), Group Power (a strength training class using barbells) and Yogafit (a flow based yoga designed to improve flexibility and balance).

Pat de Vries and Mark Lerner are two of the most experienced and well-known Zumba instructors in Burlington. We are certified Group Fitness Instructors with years of teaching experience. We are licensed to teach several Zumba specialties such as Toning, Gold, Zumbatomic and even Aqua Zumba! We attend the Zumba conventions every year and are ready to share our ongoing learning with our students. Mark is also a certified Group Power Instructor and Pat is certified with Yogafit, the largest yoga teacher training organization in North America.

Our spacious dance studio features wood sprung floors, mirrors, ballet bars, excellent sound systems, plenty of storage for your belongings. The location is super convenient with plenty of parking. We can accommodate a crowd! The studio opens into a double sized space with a full stage! You can bet we will be hosting Zumba Master Classes, Zumbathons and Special Events here!
